Dirty Compactor Rooms

Tenants complained of a reduction in services based on inadequate janitorial services in the building's compactor rooms on various floors. The DRA ruled for tenants. Landlord appealed and lost. An inspection showed that these rooms were very dirty. And it didn't matter that not all the compactor rooms were found to be dirty. They were a public part of the building and posed a health hazard.
