Cost of New Intercom Panel Included in Increase

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on the installation of a number of improvements. The DRA ruled for landlord in part, but disallowed any increase for a new intercom panel and related items. Landlord appealed and won. Landlord installed an intercom panel, new transformer, and key keeper, and rewired the door opener within three weeks of installing new front doors at the building. So this work qualified with the doors as an MCI.
