Case Reopened After DRA Sent Notice to Incorrect Address

Tenant didn't respond to the DRA's request for additional information, and the DRA's mailing came back indicating that tenant had vacated the apartment. So the DRA dismissed the complaint. Tenant appealed, and the case was reopened. Tenant's building was part of a complex at 12-16 Park Avenue, Spring Valley, NY. Tenant's apartment address was 16 Park Avenue, Apt. B5. DRA mailings were sent to 12 Park Avenue, Apt. B5.
