Apartment Used for Illegal Business

Landlord sued to evict tenant for using his apartment for an illegal business. The court ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed and lost. Landlord showed sufficient proof of the illegal business and that tenant was responsible for the illegal use of the apartment. Tenant also didn't show that he was prejudiced by the lower court's refusal to delay the case for two weeks as tenant had requested.
