Tenant's Son Doesn't Get Pass-On Rights

Landlord sued to evict tenant's son from rent-stabilized apartment. The son claimed pass-on rights to the apartment. The court ruled for landlord, and the son appealed. The appeals court ruled against tenant's son. Landlord showed that tenant remarried and moved in with her husband in 1994. Tenant's son was a cotenant of another apartment and moved into tenant's apartment only when tenant moved out.
