Tenant's Son Doesn't Get Pass-On Rights

The appeals court ruled against tenant's son. Landlord showed that tenant remarried and moved in with her husband in 1994. Tenant's son was a cotenant of another apartment and moved into tenant's apartment only when tenant moved out.
