Tenant's Post-Trial Request Denied
LVT Number: 13882
Landlord sued to evict tenant for illegal subletting. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant later asked the court to vacate the judgment. The court ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant hadn't appealed the court's original decision. And tenant's claim that a guardian should have been appointed for him had been considered and denied by three different judges during the lengthy trial.
