Tenant's Occupancy Was Through Employer Hospital
LVT Number: 17901
Landlord sued to evict apartment occupant after he retired from his job with tenant hospital. Occupant claimed that he was subject to rent stabilization and couldn't be evicted. The court ruled for landlord. Occupant moved into the apartment based on his affiliation with tenant hospital. He had no lease, only a license agreement with tenant. So occupant wasn't rent stabilized.
