Tenants Illegally Sublet Apartment to Son

Landlord sued to evict rent-stabilized tenants for illegally subletting the apartment to their son. The court ruled for landlord after the trial. Tenants had moved to Florida. Son didn't have pass-on rights, since he admitted that he didn't live with tenants in the apartment for two years before tenants left for Florida.
