Tenant's Daughter Gets Rent-Stabilized Apartment

Rent-stabilized tenant's daughter complained that landlord wouldn't give her a lease when tenant died. Landlord claimed that the daughter wasn't entitled to succession rights. The DHCR ruled for the daughter. Landlord appealed and lost. Tenant's daughter submitted documents showing that she'd lived in the apartment all her life. Landlord presented no proof that daughter lived anywhere else.
