Tenant's Complaint Filed Too Late

Tenant filed her complaint in 1992, although she'd moved out of the apartment in 1986. The DRA ruled against tenant. The four-year statute of limitations on overcharge complaints applied. Since tenant's complaint was filed at least six years after the last possible overcharge date, tenant's complaint was too late.
