Landlord sued to evict tenant for creating a nuisance. The court ruled for landlord after a trial. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord proved that tenant engaged in a pattern of hostile and antisocial behavior in the building against other tenants. So landlord was entitled to evict tenant.
