Tenant Wasn't Primary Resident

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonprimary residence. The trial court ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed. The appeals court ruled against tenant. Landlord had overwhelming proof that tenant and his daughter didn't occupy the apartment. They'd illegally sublet the apartment. The subtenant moved out during the trial.
