Tenant Waived Right to Object to Delivery of Court Papers

Landlord sued to evict tenant. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed, claiming that landlord didn't properly deliver the court papers. The appeals court ruled against tenant. Tenant waived any right to object to the delivery of the court papers because she didn't raise the issue before answering landlord's petition.
