Tenant Only Objected to Room Count

Tenant objected to landlord's initial 1984 DHCR rent/services registration. The DRA ruled for tenant and found that there was a rent overcharge. Landlord appealed and pointed out that tenant only objected to the room count and didn't challenge her rent. The DHCR ruled for landlord. On the tenant objection form, tenant checked off only a box indicating that she disputed landlord's room count information. Tenant made no other complaint.
