Tenant Made Unreasonable Noise

Landlord sued to evict tenant for creating a nuisance. The court ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed. The appeals court ruled against tenant. Landlord proved that tenant interfered with the comfort of other tenants by making unreasonable noise and therefore creating a nuisance. There were also no defects in landlord's termination notice.
