Tenant Had Disorderly and Menacing Visitors
LVT Number: 9409
HPD authorized public housing landlord to evict tenant for nuisance. Tenant appealed, and the court ruled for landlord. Tenant was responsible for a continuous flow of disorderly and menacing visitors at all hours of the day and night. The disturbing guests created a nuisance. And there wasn't any evidence that these disturbances were related to or caused by tenant's psychiatric disability.
