Tenant Gets Attorney's Fees

Landlord sued to evict tenant. Landlord and tenant signed a settlement agreement in court. Tenant then asked for attorney's fees. The court ruled for tenant. Landlord appealed and lost. The settlement agreement and resulting court order discontinued the case ``with prejudice'' against landlord and specifically reserved tenant's right to seek attorney's fees.
