Tenant Didn't Make Court-Ordered Deposit

Landlord sued to evict tenant. The court ordered tenant to deposit rent pending the outcome of the case. Tenant didn't do so, and the court ruled for landlord based on tenant's default. Tenant appealed and won. Tenant was entitled to a trial even though he didn't make the deposit of rent into court. The case was reopened.
