Tenant Didn't Comply with Stipulation

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. Landlord and tenant stipulated that tenant would pay back rent. Tenant didn't pay and asked the court to vacate the stipulation. The court refused and tenant appealed. The appeals court ruled against tenant. Tenant repeatedly and without explanation didn't pay the back rent owed. He was represented by an attorney in the nonpayment proceeding.
