Tenant Claims She Didn't Get Rent Credit for Painting

Tenant complained of a reduction in services because landlord didn't paint her apartment. The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced her rent. Landlord later filed an application to restore the rent. The DRA ruled against landlord. Landlord and tenant had agreed that tenant would paint the apartment. This had been done, but landlord hadn't given tenant the agreed-upon rent credit. Landlord appealed. The DHCR ruled for landlord. Tenant didn't claim that problems continued with the condition of the painting. If tenant has trouble getting her rent credit, she must go to court.
