Tenant Claims Apartment Has Only One Room

Landlord applied for 2000-01 MBR increases. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed, claiming that her apartment contained one room, not two, as landlord had listed. This affected the amount of her rent increase. The DHCR ruled against tenant. The DHCR's 1974-75 MBR building profile listed the smallest apartment on tenant's floor as having two rooms. And tenant submitted no documents or other proof to support her claim.
