Tenant Can't Vacate Settlement Agreement

Landlord sued to evict tenant. Landlord and tenant signed a settlement agreement in court. Tenant later asked the court to vacate the agreement. The court ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant had been represented by an attorney when she signed the settlement agreement. And tenant's claim that the apartment was rent stabilized wasn't supported by the facts. The building was converted to a cooperative five years before tenant moved into the apartment.
