Tenant Can't Vacate Judgment

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent, and the court gave landlord a judgment of possession. Tenant appealed, asking the court to vacate the judgment. The appeals court ruled for landlord. Tenant didn't give a good reason as to why the court should vacate the judgment.
