Tenant Can't Vacate Default

Landlord sued to evict tenant. The court ruled for landlord based on tenant's default after tenant didn't appear for trial. Tenant later asked the court to vacate the default. The court ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant didn't present any meritorious defense. And he offered no reasonable excuse for his default. He also didn't explain why he waited so long after the default date to seek this relief.
