Tenant Can't Get Tile Floor Needing Repair Replaced by Wood Flooring

Landlord presented an invoice showing that it had replaced kitchen cabinets that tenant complained about. Landlord also claimed that tenant refused access to repair tile floors in tenant’s bedroom because she wanted wood flooring. Tenant didn’t deny landlord’s claims, and her complaint was properly dismissed.
