Rent Demand Wasn't Defective

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. Tenant claimed that landlord's three-day rent demand was defective and asked the court to dismiss the case. The court ruled against tenant, and tenant appealed. The appeals court again ruled against tenant. There were no defects or omissions in landlord's rent demand that prevented tenant from making a defense.
