Plumbing Costs Included

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on a number of improvements. The DRA ruled for landlord in part, granting an increase for a new roof, replacement windows, some plumbing costs, electrical upgrading, appliances, and kitchen improvements. Landlord appealed, seeking an additional increase for all of her plumbing costs. The DHCR ruled for landlord. Landlord showed that all of the plumbing costs were related and that this work was all done within the same period.
