Parking Spaces Must Be in Same Location as Provided Previously

Rent-stabilized tenants complained of a reduction in building-wide services when landlord stopped providing free parking spaces. The DRA ruled for tenants and reduced their rents. Landlord later applied for rent restoration after restoring the parking spaces. The DRA ruled for landlord, and tenants appealed. They claimed the new spaces weren't as conveniently located as the old ones. The DRA ruled for tenants in part. Tenants were entitled to comparable parking spaces. Until landlord provided them with spaces in the same location as previously provided, tenants would still receive a rent reduction at half the amount previously granted.
