Occupants Were Tenant's Son and Daughter-in-Law
LVT Number: 11554
Landlord sued to evict tenant for illegal subletting. The court ruled against landlord and dismissed the case. Landlord appealed. The appeals court again ruled against landlord. Landlord had admitted that there was no rental or leasing agreement between tenant and apartment occupants, who were tenant's son and daughter-in-law. And tenant didn't collect rent from them.
