Numerical Breakdown of Employees Not Required

Tenant objected to landlord's 1984 registration of services. Landlord didn't specify on its registration the number and type of building employees. The DRA amended landlord's registration form to list 7 porters and 18 elevator service employees. Landlord appealed, and the DHCR revoked the DRA's order. Landlord wasn't required to include on its registration a numerical breakdown of the number of building employees assigned to each task in the building.
