DOB issued eight violation notices to landlord for each building in a complex for not maintaining the boilers. Landlord claimed that the notices weren't properly delivered. The ALJ ruled against landlord and fined him $2,800. Landlord appealed and lost. Landlord claimed that the notices were posted on apartment doors. But the DOB inspector testified that he posted the notices on each of the eight building doors. This was sufficient posting.
