Landlord sued to evict tenant. The trial court ruled for landlord and tenant appealed. The appeals court again ruled for landlord. Tenant pointed out a mistake in the notice of petition. It stated that a hearing would be held on Jan. 27, ''1993,'' instead of 1994. This was a minor error that didn't harm tenant and was correctable under civil practice rules.
