Nonrenewal Notice Misidentified Apartment

Landlord sued to evict rent-stabilized tenant of apartment 6C for nonprimary residence. Tenant asked the court to dismiss the case because landlord's nonrenewal notice misidentified tenant's apartment as apartment 6E. The court ruled for tenant. Landlord appealed and won. The error on the nonrenewal notice wasn't serious enough to require dismissal of the case. The error wasn't misleading or confusing to tenant, who was given enough information in the notice to respond properly.
