No Use and Occupancy for Period Before Lease Ended
LVT Number: 9142
Landlord sued to evict tenants for staying in their apartment after their lease ended, and for back rent owed. Landlord won, and tenants appealed. The appeals court ruled for tenants, in part. The trial court was wrong in charging tenants for use and occupancy before their lease ended.
