No Use and Occupancy After Tenant Evicted

Landlord sued tenant for use and occupancy after evicting him. Tenant claimed he didn't have to pay after he'd moved out. The lower court agreed with landlord, and tenant appealed. Tenant wins. Landlord can't charge use and occupancy after tenant has moved out.
