No Proof Pointing Was Defective

LVT Number: #24319

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on façade pointing. Tenants objected, claiming that the work was defective. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenants appealed and lost. Tenants had submitted an engineer’s report stating that there was some leakage in some apartments. But landlord submitted an engineer’s report in response, which stated that the pointing work was completed as necessary and that there was no longer active leakage where there had been leaks previously.
