No Penalty for Late Return of Signed Renewal Lease

Tenant complained that landlord returned a fully signed copy of a renewal lease to her more than 30 days after tenant completed and signed the lease. The DRA ruled against tenant and dismissed her complaint. Landlord sent tenant the fully signed copy of her renewal lease. There were no penalties for return of the fully signed lease to tenant after 30 days.
