MCI Increase Granted for Air Conditioning Grill Installation

The DHCR's DRA granted landlord's application for MCI rent hikes based on building facade work and installation of air conditioning grills. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant argued that landlord didn't install a new air conditioning grill at her apartment. But landlord submitted proof of payment for building wide A/C grill installations. And landlord submitted photographs showing that air conditioning grills were replaced for tenant's apartment.
