MCI Granted for Sidewalk Bridge, Related Architect's Fees

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on balcony reconstruction and other exterior masonry work with related sidewalk bridge and architectural services. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and won, in part. The DRA properly granted a rent increase for the balcony and masonry work. But the sidewalk bridge costs and architect's fees should be reduced by the amounts associated with disallowed terrace work.
