Landlord Who Didn't Correct Housing Violations Can't Get Section 8 Rent

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. The court ruled for landlord, and tenant asked the court to reconsider. Tenant showed that landlord hadn't corrected all the housing violations. The court ruled for tenant. Landlord wasn't entitled to collect tenant's Section 8 rent subsidy as long as there were housing code violations.
