Landlord Timely Filed Fuel Cost Report

The DRA suspended 2002 fuel cost adjustments for landlord's building. The DRA found that landlord had previously gotten a fuel cost increase and later didn't timely file a 2002 report of a fuel price decrease. Landlord appealed and won. Landlord submitted a date-stamped copy of its 2002 fuel price decrease report, and the fuel cost suspension was revoked.
