Landlord Not Notified of Additional Items

Tenant complained of reduced services, claiming there was no electricity in the kitchen and poor wiring throughout the apartment. Landlord claimed repairs were made. The DRA asked tenant if this was true, and tenant listed 13 more items needing repairs. An inspection confirmed some of these new conditions, but there was no defective wiring. The DRA ruled for tenant, and reduced her rent. Landlord appealed, pointing out that she'd never gotten notice of the additional complaints. The DHCR ruled for landlord. Landlord got no notice of the additional complaints from the DRA. The rent cut was revoked.
