Landlord Need Not Offer Lease for Parking Space

The court ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed. Tenant claimed that landlord didn't offer him a lease for a parking space connected to the apartment. The appeals court ruled against tenant. Landlord made a parking space available for tenant. No specific ''lease'' was required; a parking license agreement was sufficient.
