Landlord failed to state a cause of action in its petition and didn't provide necessary documentary evidence. Landlord had failed to comply with the CARES Act requirements to provide a 30-day notice of eviction in properties receiving federal funding, and failed to provide required VAWA riders with its notice of eviction.
