Landlord Didn't Submit Detailed Schedule of Repairs

Tenants complained of a reduction in building-wide services. The DRA ruled for tenants, and landlord appealed. Landlord claimed that services had been restored. The DHCR ruled against landlord. The DRA had asked landlord for a detailed schedule of repairs. Landlord submitted a statement saying merely that he'd hired a contractor who would remove the violations one by one. The DRA informed landlord that this was insufficient, but landlord submitted no further schedule with dates for completing correction of violations.
