Landlord sued to evict tenant. Landlord brought the case by order to show cause to get an early court date. The court instructed landlord to deliver the court papers to tenant in a certain manner. Landlord didn't do so, and tenant asked the court to dismiss the case. Landlord claimed that it wasn't possible to deliver the court papers to tenant in the manner directed. The court ruled against landlord. Landlord appealed and lost. Landlord didn't comply with the requirements of the law and didn't show a good reason for not doing so.
