Landlord Can't Correct Room Count Errors in PAR

LVT Number: #30849

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on elevator upgrading. The DRA ruled for landlord. Landlord appealed, requesting a modification of the DRA's order. Landlord had mistakenly listed the total number of rooms in the building's apartments as 79 when there were in fact 185 rooms. Landlord's mistaken room count was based on a listing of the number of bedrooms rather than the number of total rooms. Noting that no tenants objected to landlord's room count, the DHCR wouldn't address the issue raised by landlord because it hadn't raised it before the DRA.
