Landlord Can Reopen Case

Landlord later asked the court to reopen the case so that it could present proof regarding the mailing of tenant's renewal lease. The court ruled against landlord, and landlord appealed. The appeals court reopened the case for a new trial. Landlord was entitled to its day in court.
