Kitchen Wall Oven Clock and Timer Are Minor Conditions

(Decision submitted by Kim S. Winn of the Queens law firm of Horing & Welikson, P.C.) Tenant complained of a reduction in required services based on several conditions. An inspection showed that all conditions had been repaired except that the kitchen wall oven clock and timer weren't working. The DRA ruled against tenant. This was a minor condition that didn't constitute a decrease in services or warrant a rent reduction.
