Grandson Rarely Visited Tenant

Landlord sued to evict rent-controlled tenant's grandson after tenant died. The court ruled for landlord, and grandson appealed, claiming he had lived with tenant. On the other hand, the managing agent and two longtime neighbors stated that grandson visited tenant only on rare occasions.
